I repeat my post from 28 Nov 2017:
"Revenue from 2017 investments/acquisitions including Moorebank should start to flow in 2018. Real strength is probably to be felt in the latter part of 2018 and beyond."
Having said this, I cannot help but feel that QUB's BoD and mgt are dragging their feet with respect to the progress on developing Moorebank (rail, etc) and signing up tenants for the MB precinct. Is life becoming too easy after the progress of 2017? Should be getting a better handle on their costs too. I was expecting a bit more from the 1/2 yearly announcement. Cheers!
