DHG is worth $5 IMHO only question is by when and will the Sydney Melbourne property market actually crash or will it rebound?
If everyone could predict australian elections, those that could would be richer than they currently are.
If the real property market turns down in Sydney Melbourne, DHG will be a great business to be in the saddle as a shareholder, much better than in the saddle of a nag at Saratoga.
DHG might be useful for a big dig IMHO.
