But revenue growth is down as a percentage increase and in real terms too. Generally 1H is the stronger half too. So unless there was a weird timing issue, it doesnt forbode well for the second half.
It doesn't look like much change in Victoria which has plenty of capacity built and ready to sell. So that kind of breaks the arguement that they are filling space as quick as they can build it/only build as required. I think that is just selling a story.

Something to remember with contracted utilisation is that it doesnt translate into an equivalent increase in Billing Utilisation/Year. Because those contracts build up over multiple years. Contracted utilisation should be used as a tool to help forecast Billing utilisation.
