Dismal sales performance?? NXT sold 11.1 MWs in the last 6 months. Am I missing something. I don’t give a hoot if it is in Sydney mostly. In 7 years 40 MWs sold, in the last 6 months, 11.1MWs sold. Am I the only one not understanding your point. Superfunds are a little bit more patient than the average joe. If we need capital again, (which I am not convinced of yet) I don’t think it will be a problem. Gltah
