Australia's Prime Minister Scott Morrison is usually largely correct in what he does but his statements in News Ltd papers today that our international borders will stay closed 'indefinitely' flies in the face of what other nations are doing.
As the states have found in Australia, an 'elimination strategy' doesn't work.
Sadly, this will continue to hurt EVT, and coupled with the willingness of mad Jacinda Ardern, PM of NZ and five of our six State Premiers to close borders willy-nilly, it's a disastrous strategy.
