If you are talking about the sale of the Warriewood property I believe that is not due to be settled until 30/4/21. If that is the case the sale is yet to be accounted for in this report. Agree with you about the dividend - it was one of the main considerations in my decision to buy. However I still think the fundamentals are good and they present a compelling growth story.
