Thanks, I did not make the connection after reading that settlement would not be completed until 30/4/21. However I have also now viewed the investor presentation where it is made clear that the profit on fixed assets in the accounts was in fact the Warriewood property. Does take some shine off the profit declared but as some have pointed out not bad for an airline related business when most other airline businesses are on their knees.
