Lol, the share price has already priced in significant growth. The PE of this stock is like 50 when there isn’t an economic moat. Any REIT can just build a data centre or convert their existing industrial properties into one, just takes time. Asia expansion into Singapore - really? It is not the only DC company around. Equinox (US) and Keppel (SG) have already moved way long ago into that market. Looks like fair value is $6.90 assuming a PE of 30
