Haha. Probably the most I’ll informed post about NXT I’ve ever read. So easy to throw up a world class data centre. Not really much to take into consideration. Setting up a new ecosystem of customers all integrated along with finding sites large enough with no inherent risk of flood, loss of power supply, security issues etc. geez I might just start my own DC company and throw a couple up next week. Seriously tho mate, do a bit of research. You can’t value NXT on PE. Gltah
