Firstly. Great post killa. Exactly how I look at it. I think with the cost of capital for the foreseeable future being so low ( and potentially lower) and the fact we have almost 2 billion at our disposal, owning our dc’s is the smart move , especially after the TGP debacle. I have always looked at owning the facilities a better option anyway as you can still borrow against the growing asset. These are prime localities that we own and build in. They are not going to get cheaper. CS is a gun in my opinion and knows where this is heading. The beauty of this which I believe many fail to see is by the time the 2 billion has been deployed, I’m roughly guessing we will have revenue around 6 to 800 million and around 3 to 500 in EBITDA. If that plays and we are still looking to go bigger, SP should be around $30 and obtaining credit or cap raise at those sort of rates will be very nice. Just my take after a few cold ones. Gltah
