Aware CS has wanted to go overseas and his view is it needs to make financial sense (i would hope so) but lining up all of those customers in advance to justify construction of a DC is a big ask given the time frame to find, buy/build and then fit out is easier said than done. They will not build one and hope they come.
Current Oz dollar is helping so if they move it should be soon. I would prefer they buy something established and gain a foothold that way. Then look to "improve" the DC to the higher Tiers and service the customers they have always wanted. Lots of ways I have pondered upon but building from scratch is just something i am not convinced will be a great move so we will have to agree to disagree respectfully.
Great to shoot the breeze with fellow shareholders whilst we wait developments.
