    Also, the only place that is politically stable enough to build a data centre in South-East Asia is Singapore, but they currently have a moratorium on construction of new data centres (from Fleasbarn's post and link #51162600). This is due to the tightness of electricity supply in Singapore versus the high demand for electricity of data centres. Land supply is also another factor, although NXT's recent experience of building multi-storey data centres would stand them in good stead on this front.

    However, being pretty conservative, my preference would align with other recent comments, that overseas expansion, especially SEA is a bit too risky.
