Hi Netraam, Seems like we are on simulat thoughts with the PSD, as i said in my last blog get production in the ponds asap.
But I question your comments re the Queensland operations farms 1&2 in Cardwell under went large restructuring in 2020 with 9 grow out ponds converted to settlement ponds, so we lost some production area but reported improve production per ponds due to better water quality.
The H1 report said they reduced stocking by 50% due to uncertainties re Covid and had higher production than expected.
March 21 report stated Farm 3 In Ingham was 33% above budget and the 2021 annual report stated a 21% increase in black tigers.
I did not bother to check any other reports but recall comments regarding research with diet for prawns resulting in larger prawns and a shorter grow out time. To me this said the research across all areas is paying dividends and has brought about changes to the pond design at PSD.
