They're just finishing a large expansion requiring increased borrowings so they need to work out what their optimum borrowing level for the business going forward. Their NPAT includes a large charge for depeciation(which amount might fund future capital expenditure) so I would have thought that a large percentage of NPAT(at least 60%) could be paid as dividends.
