I agree that current debt to equity is a worry.
Looking at the key components of the HY23 balance sheet, and including all borrowings, the figures are a lot higher:

Total Borrowings. $3,523
Total Equity $1,052
Debt/Equity 335%
Some use Total Liabilities in determining’Debt/Equity’. Using this figure ($4,582) the ratio is 436%.
