the reason for market lethargy is cinemas maybe in gradual decline it could be easier to go to Japan for skiing rather than Thredbo. Additionally, there is a question mark over the next dividend. We just wait and see.
on the positive side there appears to be strong property interests. The hotel business will of course do well despite being resource intensive.
I see this is a “safer play” I am invested but not enthusiastically
