The hotels part of the business is growing and profitable and as you say their property portfolio is blue chip with the George Street Sydney sites DA approved for podium retail with hotel and residential towers in future. That area of Sydney is extremely popular with Asian restaurants and nightlife, whereas the old Chinatown precinct a few blocks away is not.
