We are nearly 12 months on, people appear to largely be defying inflation with holidays looking healthy, perhaps entertainment also? Have we the immigration uptick helping attendances? OR people holding back due to limited disposable incomes?
What might EVT asset current valuation be in real terms?
And the SP is below this time last year! Is the market mis-judging this what appears to be a stock largely avoided by retail investors?
Notice the Shorters have been building point .3% 12 months ago, NOW or June 28th @ 2.31% per Shortman! Is it Shorters trying to game EVT or is their reason for the market lethargy towards EVT?
