There is no way HZN are acquiring the OMV stake. OMV is an operator and Horizon is really just an investment company without the infrastructure to operate an asset.
More importantly, at the current price I am getting an IRR of ~30% p.a which is increadible. So unless Horizon can find investments that provide returns of 30%p.a plus, then it actually dilutes returns to shareholders.
Samuel Terry control Horizon and they are sensible capital allocators, so will not be buying an investment that will dilute their returns when instead they can just buy more Horizon shares, which we can also do.
