Just guessing, but an increasing realisation that the Labor Govts' climate change agenda (renewables), is about to be result in a prolonged crushing energy retail cost for individuals and business, but also some energy security issues, ie perhaps back to fossil fuels and mining sources? Federal Labor Ministers now concerned that cost of living and the probability of more % rate increases, are heightened political risks (and the falling support for the Voice). Others may have a better view, of course.
