This debate is going off track in my opinion- we do have a welfare system but it should not be part of this debate. The respect for laws even those you dont agree with is important. Stopping quality coal from being sold which doesnt pollute as much as brown coal should be prosecuted. People should not try to impose their views via disruption of lawful business operations. We should all understand how much coal contributes to our economy.
