A good result from NHC. A solid dividend - not too high to preserve cash, not too low to anger holders.
I'm still happy I sold all my NHC about a month ago for $5.70 and picked up YAL for $5.70 and now have that 70c dividend plus franking credits, but happy for all the NHC holders that stuck with it. With production looking to double within 3 years this is a solid hold/buy.
