Its the reason we have so many new roads being built today - and you have a choice, either to use them (they usually save you time, in exchange for $6), or you can go the slow route. up to you d) the public sector is overly bloated and whilst the private sector including mum and dad corner shops were forced to shut down and go bankrupt, the public sector kept their wages. Public sector should be cut probably 50%, maybe more.
