Some obviously did not like the 12month forecasts in the real estate segment despite the increased margins and cost controls. I am a long term holder of this one and the very short term current outlook is not of concern to me. I am more impressed by the results shown despite many other builders going to the wall. I will be a buyer if prices go any lower.
