Hi rowser, Yes, they have a high level of repeat work (87 % of work coming from existing clients). But it does not necessarily generate regular revenue. That's why I prefer recurring revenues, but I don't think that they have a high % of sales coming from recurring revenues*. I read in another company's presentation (SKS Technologies) that, on average, corporates relocate after a 5 year lease, so I suspect that a customer would need them mostly every 5 years.
