Aykem is a rock factory, but we need some clarity around whether there is actually an ug mine going ahead there. This relatively recent article states that an ug contract for initial ug development was awarded late last year. But can't find any other info:

There is also local community opposition and agitation against the mine, so all might not be what it seems. PRU might have a better social licence to operate in Ghana than Newmont though.

The real jewel however would be the new Subika ug mine up the road from Aykem, also operated by Newmont. If they scaling back to focus on Tier-1 operations elsewhere, maybe they'll want to offload this too. But seems unlikely given the huge capex they put into it.
