Ann: Half-year results presentation, page-12

As a newcomer, i brought half my intended at 18.2 cents last week, in order to get the upcoming dividend. Ex dividend, I expect the SP to drop to 15 - 16 cents. That is when i will buy my second parcel. This should give me an average of about 17 cents per share and a trailing dividend yield of 20%. Not too bad i say. I expect that as each dividend approaches the SP will go back to 18c plus, so if i did want to get out with some capital gain then that would be possible. Just don't put the house on it, only what you are prepared to lose as they say......
