    It will be interesting:

    "As they unlock (sell) some of the properties for reinvestment the market is becoming much more enthused and you are seeing a spike and share price."

    What EVT may extract from their property holdings - at these levels EVT may be as safe as houses!?

    Expect there is room to rotate to other areas with greater potential than:

    "in addition cinemas and snow are not future growth areas." - How easily they can re-purpose OR realise growth pricing on these two sectors may be more difficult than other property sectors. Over-all it looks as if EVT is yet to realise the growth potential of 10 years of investment in property!?
