Thoughts on bolt on acquisitions for Myer?
Mosaic group has a current market cap of $65m and owns rivers ( along with various other brands). Also Prodigy group is also being shopped around (owner of Nike stores in australia).
Myer has funds in hand to comfortably acquire both of these companies, or could be done via a capital raise which would also serve to dilute PMV’s % holding (something the board would probably like).
