MYR is pulling in a number of levers to add value
1. The continuing of strong loyalty program with an exceptional tag rate
2 the reduction of space which not only improves cost to revenue but reduced long term lease responsibilities which creates more flexibility
3 the increased online margin of the new semi automate distribution facility will also allow better inventory management allowing less discounted at the physical stores
4 being able to scale up online business

it’s very well positioned to continue growing and improving financial metrics . So I agree or growth should come organically and Paying dividends is possible while the above is implemented.
