I think the Dept store is not dead and people want to social interaction
The death of the Dept store has been greatly exaggerated and i think the hybrid model is proving to be more attractive than only online
Myr success is about inventory management , store size and efficiency , customer loyalty and brand power , higher IR will likely impact more of its competitors than MYR itself and its not only about total revenue but also margins
