the interesting thing for Myer is that Solly is not the only one interested. Woolworths may take over Myer to merge it with David Jones because of their failed sale recently. Merge the two entities and bring in synergies, then offload the whole thing to someone else. The interesting piece then is if Solly gatecrashes the party and block the deal using his 20% stake, or demand Woolworths to pay him $3/share for it. Lol
