Dramatic volume drop as opposed to a dramatic price drop/pull back today is a very very bullish sign. It show that hardly anyone is willing to sell their shares. This one is just getting started. I've got $2.20 and then $2.50 targets on it. They will pay another full year dividend of 4c which will bring the year total to 12c/share which even at $2.50 represents a circa 5% return tax free. Long way up to go from here imo.
