Net profit measured against sales is small, but it's a huge achievement that MYR has really turned the corner under Mr John King, even though media says that his Melbourne apartment lease finishes in October 2023 so presumably he'll be off to the USA or some other place.

I sold, but at a profit, and am happy for holders.

The 'tag rate' of 73.5 per cent for Myer One cardholders is extremely impressive. While it's not 'apples v apples' in comparison, WOW's market-leading Woolworths Rewards cards have a lower percentage of issued cards being scanned at checkouts or included in online purchases.

It's good to visit the Myer online site as the company has some great sales, although I prefer to visit the Melbourne CBD store in-person to try garments on if one is purchasing clothing.

Talking of CBDs, the excellent growth via in-store CBD sales must be a relief and is further proof we've moved away from the dystopian COVID-19 restrictions on our historic freedoms that hurt MYR's physical store sales.

And there you go: by 1034 AEDT, MYR had risen by an astounding A$0.135 to A$1.09, up 14.14 per cent. 'Mr Market' is a grump but even he can see the value in a special divvie!
