It sounds like the bottom is in. A bit of growth going forward and hopefully we'll be trading at multiples similar to BRG :D
15c eps for the half and a 10c ff divie... and then you look at the share price and one is perplexed. Well at least it's not as perplexing now as it was when we were trading $1.80, Or worse still when Perpetual were dumping the stock for a few cents... sigh... I'm a retard, but at least I'm a happy one :)
