I agree that we are together in this boat now and need to make sure it stays afloat. Although we all know there were some extrenious circumstances this past year, the results are much worse than I'm sure any of us expected.

I have never hidden my discomfort with the ethics of the TER management team and their track record of poor decisions. Sad to say I have been proven right. TER was a debt-ridden sinking ship be before it acquired UNV and has now dragged UNV to the brink also. I warned they would come to regret the day they unceremoniously dumped UNV founders Henri Bonsma and Tony Weber from the board. Well, the clusterf.... that is the UNV operations today is a direct result of that. If they did their DD properly they would have known that these gentlemen were CRITICAL to the successful of UNV.

TER will not survive under the current leadership and the Board needs to be urgently replaced. That is the only way I see any of us making some return on our investment.
