No one who holds ALE has yet commented, but with the rent review about eight years off IIRC, how do holders assess the above result?

And what chance do investors give ALE of 'success' in the Victorian Supreme Court with the dispute about the rent applicable to 19 Victorian properties?

It's a side issue but even with Victoria's population not growing nearly as fast as previously - now no international inbound migration, and Victoria losing thousands on a net basis to NSW and Queensland every quarter - the residential property market in Melbourne and parts of Victoria appears to suddenly be doing well, which to me is counterintuitive. Whether this flows through to commercial property values that always have the threat of state governments again shutting state borders or imposing lockdowns is a question I'd like answered.
