A unrelated stock (WHC) was in a similar pattern for than 3 months, trading in and out of a defined pattern of $0.87 to $1.10 before it broke out of the pattern to rise over 50% in a few weeks on the back of one announcement.
NIC has been stuck in a similar pattern for around 3 months, and I think we’re getting closer to it either having a break out or a fall from the current pattern of $0.94 to $1.11
