Anyway, in brief... Q1 - Both, Q2 - No and Of Course, Q3 - Yes

My previous comments are a contextual response to a report by a poster wherein a representative of the company laid out a path of retribution they could potentially take if someone didn't like their behaviour.
I've simply outlined with the use of historical snippets that there's nothing unusual about this type of stance where negativity is concerned, as portrayed by a recently departed member of this very company.
