But so far this hasn't been the case and both growth and margins have disappointed, while liquidity has remained abysmal. Directors have not put money in buying on market and the (lack of) voting at last AGM crystallised in my mind just how disengaged both management and major holders are. I should have sold sooner but was greedy by seeking a higher sell bid. This desperately needs a strategy refresh and some new leadership.
