I finally exited this dog today. I bought in earlyish in my investment journey as they do have a great product and were looking close to inverting from negative to positive cash flow. However, in retrospect that DMX raise was the time to exit. The growth capital invested then has resulted in bottom line growing faster than top. Seemingly I would have thought Aeeris would have had more pricing power than they have had. But so far this hasn't been the case and both growth and margins have disappointed, while liquidity has remained abysmal. Directors have not put money in buying on market and the (lack of) voting at last AGM crystallised in my mind just how disengaged both management and major holders are. I should have sold sooner but was greedy by seeking a higher sell bid. This desperately needs a strategy refresh and some new leadership.
