Results are reasonably good based on what I read from the half-year results; some shareholders would want to diversify out of the property / loan markets to reduce risk in their portfolio. I like the confidence and commitment from VLW to work with the challenging market conditions and continue to deliver proportionate dividends as mentioned in the results.
