We certainly can't rely on anyone to tell the future!
I like the broker reports for decent analysts who are on the the ground because they sometimes point out something to me fairly 'well known' that I might as a retail investor simply not have heard about or might not have occurred to me. I forget his name but the Hartleys guy has been around for a long time and knows NRW and peers in WA well I think (FWIW).
RCR was a surprise for a lot of people who make a living investing I think.
