The relationship between KPO and JRV is interesting. I don’t fully understand it.
The two companies operate from the same premises. In terms of staff, they share the same Chair, Company Secretary (Alwyn Davey) and Group Financial Controller (Kesh Thurairsa).
Does the fact the KPO Company Secretary and Financial Controller both work in similar capacities for another company mean they work for KPO part-time?
And if so, why is a little pre-revenue company remunerating Alwyn Davey $372,000 p/a for part time work? In my opinion, all KPO execs are remunerated generously, but this case in puzzles me the most. Views?
