I don’t understand the network of businesses and beneficial ownerships. companies merging and delisting, being renamed etc. Its interesting but it’s complicated and confuses me

My specific interest is Alwyn Daveys’s remuneration at Kalina. I don’t understand why he’s remunerated such a large amount, particularly if he only works on a part time basis

Has he always received such a generous package? does he receive such a large amount in Jarvis? If not, why is a little company paying him so much? Is Kalina a cash cow?
