I’m sympathetic to your situation (been there myself a few times, who hasn’t??)

Probably not the sort of ‘factual’ information that you’re looking for, but my advice to you is as follows:

1. Don’t kid yourself that you only crystallize a loss when you sell. Your actual net wealth has fallen alongside the SP

2. If you were a new investor looking at KPO in its current state would you consider it a wise purchase? If not, you should probably sell

3. does your experience of mgmt to date inspire a feeling of trust and confidence? If not, you should probably treat their guidance and excuses with caution

4. never assume the SP has necessarily bottomed and can’t possibly go lower (it can!)

5. whatever you lose on one stock can be gained on another. It’s always possible to bounce back!
