I know the feeling, tried to stick by the whole "don't panic sell" for the majority of my holdings as the bad news dribbled out, bought more on the way down, and watched them all bury themselves over the last 12 months. Sold a couple recently and watched them bounce back up.
At least some experienced traders are getting rich off my misfortunes.
