denitooo --yes it makes me think that the consultant people have a line of intelligence (what?-inside information?--surely not lol) that makes them think that they have an almost guaranteed chance of collecting their $10mill and are willing to "forgo" almost $2mill--albeit its still over 2 years away.
Those guys are not big risk takers with their own monies.
If I could 5X my money every 2-3 years , I'd be a very happy trader/investor.


Another thing --its well worth reading pgs 17 18 19, especially if you have an accountants/legal type brain --it looks to me like these consultants also consider there is a Very High likelihood of a takeover, possibly before the first ore shipment--in which case it seems they will profit handsomely the way they have arranged it --if I read the paragraphs correctly.

All in all it gives weight to the long term hold position--these guys are highly qualified --and more importantly --have "contacts" in the game which is the best thing to have.
