It would be nice to know what progress has been made. Was it the last quarterly that management said that they are "increasingly confident" regarding the mass manufacture of the chip? If that confidence was found to be misplaced, we should be informed. They are pushing for the chip to be produced that is up to spec, but added the qualifier "within reason." If EM feel like they are wasting their time and the substantial amount of money they have invested already, you would expect them to pull out rather than continue to flog a dead horse.
