Have I got this right? The announcement released on the ASX on the 14th of March states;
Tectonic?s Managing Director, Jason Stirbinskis said ? We had very
encouraging feedback from recent broker and investor presentations in
Australia and Hong Kong on the back of our recently announced Philips
River DFS and this has translated to quickly and successfully completing
the placement?.
Clearly the deal was completed I find it unbelievable that it was changed to a lower price simply because the market had a couple of bad days. The last two cap raisings have a real stink about them, even if this last one has a few crumbs by way of a few rights to existing shareholders. It wont surprise me if there is a group building a sizeable holding under the radar with the help of TTR management they are able to get it at low price at the cost to long term shareholders. I feel the long term shareholders are getting robbed blind
